“Hard to prove whether supplements work at all, and I am a sceptic, but I have to admit since starting these tablets two months ago, my damaged ridged nails are now looking beautifully smooth again. And is it coincidence, or are the tablets also the reason why my hair feels so soft and bouncy, and why my troublesome skin is settling down? Give them a try?”
