“Ignatia, used sparingly is a useful "Tool" to reduce tension. Sometimes I wake up early in the morning, can't relax and get back to sleep, but I use just one Ignatia and shortly after I am fast asleep! That is just one example but when we had Two Airedale Dogs they would get over excited as Dogs often do, but one Ignatia would calm them down. So as it works on an Dog who does not know what it is for, this is a highly effective remedy.”
