Would you recommend this product to family or friends? no

“Oh -cover has been changed from a ribbed cotton to polyester so presume this is why you cannot heat this pad for what used to be 2.5 mins. At only 1.5 mins in microwave means the pad is only luke warm and does not retain heat. Useless, so have returned for a refund.”
