“The product is great but I do wish you would not always send me free samples without telling me exactly what they are and what they are for, e.g. I keep getting these little samples of creams with French names and packaging ... are they for night or morning ksin care, are they for specialist sun care, are they specialist treatments for red skin ... you see what I mean? You send me free samples which is generous (and I understand part of your marketing ... no problem with that) but I just feel stupid because I don't know what they are for ... and I suspect I might not be the only person who has this experience. Thank you for reading this.”
