“Brilliant I normally use the Night Time Pukka Tea bags which are great so thought I would try the capsules last night prior to going to bed. I had such a deep sleep, havent had that for a long time, It didnt help when the alarm went off though so think I will keep these for my days off. Would recommend 100%.”
