“These sofgels are very easy to take. There is a higher dose of Vitamin D3 than currently recommended for most people, which we seem to need for health of the immune system. There is also Vitamin K2 for building bones and supporting good circulation - another plus. And I like the inclusion of Omega 3, which may help with eye health, although the manufacturers recommend these should always be taken with a diet rich in these essential vitamins and minerals.”

“I was particularly interested in this product containing the vitamins and minerals needed to protect bones and heart. As winter draws on and local infections are rife, we need protection from the trauma of OA-related injuries from coughing/choking. We are hoping it will reduce the duration and intensity of respiratory infection this time.”
