“Pleasant vanilla taste. I have not been formally diagnosed with lactose intolerance. Although any item containing lactose seems to give me problems. As a trial have had dairy products on occasion but not regularly. Have taken 1 before and 1 after eating. Seems to be helping but time will tell.”
