“I am faithful and I take one packet every single day.. unfortunately my vitamin D level did not stay around 60. It was down to 48 last time I took it. What I am doing is taking two packets on Saturday and Sunday and hopefully when my vitamin D level is checked again it will be back up to where my doctor wants it to be.”
