“I have a bone spur on my shoulder that was ver swollen and painful. I began applying Lumina 3 times a day and within a couple of days, the swelling was greatly reduced and the pain was gone! I also used it on my arthritic thumb joint without much improvement. I like the idea of a roll-on lotion to prevent waste but it is hard to get the metal ball to roll. I’m sure that the packaging is costly. Perhaps the cost could be reduced with lower cost packaging.”
