“Lovely balance of acidity and a little sweetness. I was surprised. I used it as an aperitif and with lightly spiced food. It worked well either way.”

“If you live Riesling then this is for you. Not overly sweet at all and a slight hint of ‘zingyness’ makes this fantastic to drink. Just had it with some scallops and the sweetness of the scallops with the rush of the Riesling was fantastic!”
