“I have been taking this for a bit of time...some days I take 2 tablets and others I take 4 depending if I start to feel the after lunch tiredness. I have to say it's taken a bit of time for me to see the difference in my life. Before I took this, I'd be going to bed at like 6:30 pm. Now i've noticed I don't feel so tired when i get home from work. I actually have to energy to stay up and do things I need to or enjoy doing.
