“I cannot use this product as it raises by heart rate and blood pressure too high. I have it placed on a shelf and feel thst later on down the road I'll be able to take it. I love all the healthy stuff in it. Although many comment "there isn't that much caffeine" it actually is. I used to drink 6 cans of coke a day and never had the same reaction.
