“The pills are very large and getting 4 down a day is a challenge. I did try and open them up and mix into a drink but it does not mix well so it makes the drink kind of chunky. It doesn’t taste bad but the material sticks to the glass so I have no idea how much of it I actually drank. I’m moving onto something else to try.”
