“I take this as directed and I do not get a jittery feeling, which I like. The formula doesn’t upset my stomach and capsules are easy to swallow. I follow a keto diet and I think there’s a minimal difference in the carb cravings I sometimes have, but I wish it was more effective in this regard. I do notice a slight increase in my energy level but I also wish that was a little more as well. Overall I like this product and it’s got potential, but I imagine increasing the caffeine levels for energy would probably cause jitters. There’s a fine line that the ingredients would need to be adjusted to for efficiency to be increased and still be considered safe for people who have hypertension, for example.”
