“I haven't lost any weight yet but I haven't gained any either. I have noticed if I'm up and active I stay going longer, so it does give me extra energy without crashing. I also noticed if I take the capsules without food it gives me heartburn. It seems to curve my appetite during the morning/afternoon but in the evening I feel hungry, but I take 2 in the morning around 6:15pm and 2 more around 1230pm, si I guess it just wears off by evening. I haven't noticed anything with hair, skin,nails yet, but I've only been taking this product for almost a month now, my joints are not achy though.”
