“I’ve lost weight by actually doing nothing other than change my eating habits. I don’t get hungry during the day at all. I stay hydrated pushing lemon water. I can always feel it when burn kicks in. I feel the thermogenesis heating me up, I actually like that because I know something is going on in there. I do make sure that I have taken all four by 2:00 pm, and I sleep like a champ.
