“Flavor is a little chemical tasting. I was hoping to be able to just mix with water but I have to mix with almond milk to help the flavor. Trying the cocoa cereal next hopefully it will be a bit better. Have only been drinking it not quiet a month haven’t noticed a significant change in anything yet.”
