“I was really excited to try this because I typically always crave for something sweet and I’m constantly looking for low-calorie + high-protein snacks to make it worth my while. As soon as I received this, I made myself some strawberry milkshake and it tasted like an ice cream version of the milk after eating some Special K berry cereal (or any cereal that has dried strawberries in them. It also had bits of dehydrated strawberries in them! I added two scoops of this with 1/2 cup of Astro’s Protein & Fibre Vanilla yogurt and blended it with 1/2c of water and a little bit of ice. All in all, it was 180 calories for 27 grams of protein and a yummy dessert!”
