“I've been trying to return the products for a few weeks. I keep getting the run around. I filled out the return form and waited a week for a confirmation email. I still don't know where to send the empty containers for a refund. I don't understand why it's so hard for you to honor the agreement you make with your customers. You said there was a guarantee if it didn't work. It didn't work. Why do I have to fight so hard to send it back? I've gone through this at least 5 times now.”
