“I’ve had a horrible experience with obvi and the customer service team. The product doesn’t work and they refuse to refund me my order and even after cancelling the subscription still drafted my account for another product that I do not want.”
“There was nothing on the website about the product containing fish products. When i finally found that out i tried to cancel my order but the next day they shipped. I have tried to return the unopened product since i ordered it and your customer service is awful. I just want my money back for the product that i can not use. I have an anaphylactic reaction to anything with fish products.”
