“So far, so good. I have been on this product for 1 week. I have lost 3lbs. While I feel it is just water weight, it's more that I have been able to lose without it. It does have caffine in it but I have not had any jittery feelings that some caffinated products can cause. I look forward to seeing the scale continue to drop.”
