“Pills are massive and I struggle to take them every single time. I rather take it 4 times a day with them cut in half. Hungry has reduced and I have a little more energy which is nice but don't know if I can keep forcing myself to swallow such massive pills”

“I’m a full week in and it seems to work well. I have to make myself eat. I crave vegetables and water (which I drank a lot of water before). I didn’t weigh myself before but it seems my stomach is slimmer, it doesn’t seem as bloated as normal. But I have experienced heartburn more often as well as I have to pee a lot! But other than that I feel it works great weight wise and my nails have grown fast in a week! However I haven’t really experienced any change in energy or anything like that.”
