“Well, I have pretty much had issues right from the start and didn’t even try the product! Once I ordered it, within 5 minutes I noticed it had caffein and I am unable to have it. I reached out right away and THE SAME DAY I was told I couldn’t cancel it but had to wait for it to arrive since it had apparently been shipped which would have been impossible since it was placed and contacted within the first 20-30 minutes. So I wait a good 3 weeks to get the product and as soon as I get it, I email to start a return. A few days go by and I finally get an email asking to fill out some form for approval?! WHAT?! I need to be judged and approved to return your product? That is ridiculous. But that was 3 weeks ago, I have reached out 2-3 times at this point (including today) and still haven’t heard anything back, yet I got the email to ask to leave a review so, here it is. Do better!!!”
