“I bought this product on 4/14 and tried to cancel the order on the same day. The product is unopened. Yet they charge you a 20% ($8) restocking fee. Then they charge you another $5 to print a return label. They never asked if the product is open / used or sealed. This product should NOT be resold once the bottle is open so why charge a restocking fee? HORRIBLE customer service!!!!”
