“I feel more energy and last me till 5. I thought well I just love obvi period so let's try it on my 15 year old she's take prenatal vitamins a year still tired. Well 3 days later on one day and a hello added a few weeks later and a.goodbye at bed she feels so much better and sleeps better. She was on melatonin still couldn't stay asleep. So I'd say great! She is in 5 days week marching band , football games 4 hours and 16 hour competitions on Saturday playing a 50lb spusaphone haha. So that's amazing to me!”
