“I bought a low pressure inflator hose from Ocean Leisure recently. Unfortunately the hose sent was for a 1st or 2nd stage and had no quick release fitting. Having contacted them to enquire if this was in fact correct I then purchased a QD fitting to fit onto the hose I had received. This was something of a knee jerk reaction on my part and with hindsight I should probably have been a bit more patient. Ocean Leisure contacted me later to inform me that it was in fact an error and they would be sending me the correct hose straight away. After speaking to the lady at Ocean leisure they stopped the delivery of the fitting and refunded me. I’ve now received the correct hose and it’s all sorted. Ocean Leisure dealt with the issue professionally and quickly and I would be more than happy to use them again.”
