“I've tried blue light glasses before and have never been impressed. But these are great, good style choices and I genuinely have been sleeping better thanks to these glasses and the blue light screens for my laptop and phone. Highly recommend! “I wear these in the evening when I have to work late on screen. I seem to sleep better, I also noticed reduced eye strain. Nevertheless the frame is not very sturdy I almost snapped it upon cleaning, and the lenses get scratched easily.”

“Bought these for my daughter who was suffering with headaches and not being able to sleep as she is On strange time shifts for work and uses computer a lot. These are amazing, she now sleeps well and headaches have gone. They are a really good and comfortable fit also”
