This is my second screen protector for a new iPad. Loved the first one so it was a no brainer to go with another one. But I had a problem when I was installing it, so I reached out to their customer service for help and they were so great. They did not hesitate to replace it and sent me another one. Easy to put on, I'm sure it is helping my eyes, I have early signs of macular degeneration and anything that might help slow it down has to be a good thing.

It was a bit fiddly to apply and I managed to get dust under the protector but I used the sticky bits included in the kit to remove the dust particles from under the protector.
