“Finally got around to installing this and I really liked the kit set up. Easy to follow directions, though the sticker/wet wipe/dry cloth routine was a little murky. Somehow I ended up with a nice long fuzz under my screen protector and I’m very frustrated with myself. I must have introduced it during the cleaning process, but I’m annoyed that it’s there and it’s too expensive to redo.”

“Quick delivery, good product quality, and I wish I could give this a five star, but for the terrible applicator. If you are confident with other good quality screen protector installation, ditch the applicator. It’s useless. After thoroughly cleaning the surface of the phone, it added a bubble between the phone and screen which could not be pushed out. I had to remove the product from the phone which made a nail mark on the protector and reinstall it. It’s a good quality thick protector so easy enough to install without the silly applicator. I used applicators came with other screen protectors but never seen this type, and it was totally a waste of plastic..”

“It leaves air bubbles. For an item that is so expensive, it should either bring a spare or not leave air bubbles. I purchased one for my son’s phone and one for myself (he has an XS iPhone and I have a plain 11 iPhone), and we were both left with an air bubble. I have purchased several screen protectors and it has been my experience that they always include 2 sets.”
