“I immediately felt a difference on my eyes when I installed this blue light filter. I checked with the opthamologist who said there is no conclusive medical evidence at this time to prove that the blue light rays are damaging to the eyes, and that if it felt better, then good to use. “Blue light was messing me up. Especially during lockdown. Got this .. I was worried about the installation process. It was easy. READ the INSTRUCTIONS! Also bear in mind that the stickers are double-sided and both sides have to be peeled off to expose their sticky end. Mine has been up and working fine for a month. Most importantly the headaches and sense of tight skin from blue light has gone. I can spend hours at my computer ( I'm doing 10 hour days at work) and I'm fine. I use this cover and I set my Mac to Night Time mode. Together they do a great job of blocking out the blue light. Very happy. It's a Strong Recommend from me.”
