“These are great! I did a lot of research to find a good company/product that I could trust was truly blue light blocking. I wasn’t able to look at my monitor for over an hour without getting a horrible headache and after one day of adding these to my screen I can tell I will no longer have those headaches anymore. “The shield reduces the brightness of the screen of my laptop which I suppose it blocks off the blue light. The screen is easy to install. I was especially impressed by the speed of delivery which arrived the next day even though I haven't paid for the fast postage.”
