Was skeptical at first, as the thought of working at desk 8/9 hours a day, having numerous conf calls, and typing constantly would make this unpractical. How wrong I was! I'm very pleased to report, after an hour or two, I quickly got the hang of it and was soon working away, not even thinking about the fact I was walking! I walked an impressive 18 miles in the first two days - usually I would of only managed about one mile in same time frame. I am 6,2' and quite wide. I Find the belt plenty wide enough and the length fine once I position it right. It easily stands up against the wall if I need the space back, and seems a solid construction. Assembly was easy, just needed to plug it in and start walking. The speed goes up to a fast jog, and low enough for you to hardly feel you are moving. I have settled on 3.5KPH - this is comfortable enough for me to work/type/speak, but high enough for me to quickly build up the miles. It has 3 incline settings. I use middle one to provide some 'real life' resistance. To give a balanced review, it is only right I highlight some areas that I think could improve treadmill for UK users (see below). These haven't caused me any issues, but would improve product IMO. Stops after 1hr - machine stops 60 mins in. This is annoying as I need to record distance/speed/cals every time (if you are interested in knowing your workout stats) Speed and distance are measured in KPH/KMs and not MPH/Miles - I have put together a spreadsheet that converts into imperial, but would rather have it in correct measurements in first place. Over inflated Cals burned - I walked 12 miles yesterday and it reckoned I'd burned 2945 cals - great if correct, but I probably burned 50% of this in reality (based on walks I do outside using Garmin/Fitbit to measure cals burned) Don't let any of that put you off though. I am very happy with purchase and can't rate it highly enough - would give more stars if I could! I really believe that this will be a game changer for me and should hopefully really improve my fitness and health. They say sitting all day is as bad for your health as smoking - well, no more cigarettes for me!

Have been using it for over a month now without any issues. A gem given its price!

This is a fantastic treadmill. I no longer sit at my desk. I walk comfortably while I work on my computer. I feel so much fitter and my back and hip problems have disappeared. Now everyone in my office wants one. I highly recommend it and it is a fantastic price.

Product works well and is quiet to use. Maybe cables could be a bit longer but they are good enough. Happy with purchase, already purchased the second one. Only negative was big variation in Amazon delivery price to Finland, first delivery was 52eur and second after a month 161eur, don't see a reason for the difference. Sellers own delivery was also near less than 60eur and amazon should have logistic power. Noticed that afterwards too late.

This is a great-value desk treadmill, which is hundreds of pounds cheaper than many others. In the past, I repeatedly got gym memberships, only to waste my money. I already had a Conset sit/stand desk, and this desk treadmill has really transformed the way I work in a good way. I work from home, and thus noise is not an issue. I usually use the treadmill at 5 km/hr speed (considered brisk walk), while I read news on the web or talk on the phone. If I need to focus on work, I usually sit. NOTE that your floor has to be flat (no inclination) in order for the treadmill to function properly. My floor has an inclination and I had to make some adjustments to the treadmill legs so that the treadmill position is leveled. If your floor surface has an inclination and you do not adjust the legs, then the treadmill belt will continuously move to the left or right, and you will have to adjust it manually every few minutes. One last thing: My back does not seem to hurt any more, and I suspect this has to do with my walking.

Used by: my husband (the feet is size 42 BR size), and a pregnant lady. Like: silent (it makes a noise, but a normal amount), light weight if you need to change its place, good hp and motor, good width, BEST price and high quality. Would totally recommend to anyone. Dislike: the length BUT it's the same size as many other brands out there, so it's more like a market issue. The power cord between the machine and the control could be bigger. When you pull the safety cord attached to you and the control it stops to zero speed fast, I found it somehow dangerous (when the 1h is over it slows down..). Info: it stops running after 1hour and it bips as a safety measure but you can restart immediately after. I tested from 2 to 3h in a day, every 2 days up to 6 mph, no problem so far. Delivery was perfect.

I bought this walking treadmill Office Fitness Walking Treadmill | Motorised Running Machine | Electric Treadmill | Office Walker | Best Treadmill for Walking | 1 Year's Warranty primarily because it has a relatively small footprint(LOL). It is ideal for my purposes; it doesn't take up too much space, but can give a genuinely brisk walking exercise. I do sessions of 1.5 miles at 4.6mph, (setting 2.41km at 7.5kph). It will go faster, but that would require running, and the platform is, in my view, too small for that. I would not recommend it to be used whilst doing office work, because I think you would have to be ambling very gently to be able to do both at the same time, and it is difficult not to make a noise whilst using it. But as an exercise machine for someone who wants only to walk it is brilliant, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great value, well made, very sturdy, not too noisy (not whisper silent), easy enough to use a computer while walking at a lower pace, gets a little trickier at a faster speed of 4+mph. Thoroughly recommended.
