“To make a long story short we ordered and asked for faster shipping the email was ignored. We specifically needed the tent by a certain day & it was never delivered as promised. I had to make many calls to the shipper while barely any help was given to us from OffRoadTents. They promised they‚Äôd deliver at night and we waited till 3 am missing our scheduled camping trip. They tried but not hard enough in our opinion. On top of that they offered us a crappy deal on an Annex. I would buy again but not from here bad experience for us at least”
“Tent is awesome. Definitely 3 person tent capable. Would not be able to fit a fourth. However, I can imagine 2 adults and two small children would be doable. Material is solid, I did have to purchase lancer bolts from local hardware store due to the thickness of my bedrack to mount tent on. Which was not. Problem. Tepui customer service is excellent as I did have an issue with transportation cover. They sent me a replacement for free.”
“After I figured out how to use the Gobi rack (don‚Äôt use crossbars)but use the actual rack it went on easy an indicator that the tent will probably last a long time I got the fabric stuck in the zipper for the cover and after much labor pulled it out completely unscathed!!!love the tent it fits inside the garage!!! It‚Äôs been a good experience so far except for initial picking up and putting on rack of 4 runner save yourself some grief and install Thule crossbars lol!!”
“A friend recommended Tepui. I went and checked it at a local dealer, he didn't have this model. So I went online at Tepui, found it, but these guys offered Free Shipping. I'm in Oregin and so it made sense. Arrived on time, perfect shape, great customer service. As to the tent, well, it is living to the expectations and recommendations. Good buy.”
