“I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE. I recently ordered the Wanaka 72" RTT, but I have not had a chance to try it out yet. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the company during shipping. The box was a little damaged when my package arrived, but the product inside was okay, so I signed for it. However, when I opened the package and inspected the RTT, I found a large hole in the metal sheet of the base. I took pictures and contacted the company's customer service. The person I spoke with was helpful and willing to find a solution, but unfortunately, the shipping insurance only covered a portion of the damage, and I was left to figure out how to fix the rest. It's frustrating to have paid for shipping insurance and received a damaged product.”

“I've owned a Guana Wanaka 55 now for about 10 months, which represents the total time of my relationship with Off Road Tents.
So far, the customer support and response has been outstanding. We are really happy with the tent. Recently, when the rainfly failed, they sent us another. Don't interpret this to mean the product is bad. It is really good, and though the original rainfly leaked, I could not find an obvious defect.
I simply sent an email explaining the situation, and they send out a new one right away. Time will tell, as we haven't had the opportunity to test out the new rain fly at this point.”
