After placing the order and taking all my info the next day I get an email of them telling me they put the price too low and wanted more money for the item plus shipping cost. Very shady business practices highly recommend finding other places to shop”
“I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE. I recently ordered the Wanaka 72" RTT, but I have not had a chance to try it out yet. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the company during shipping. The box was a little damaged when my package arrived, but the product inside was okay, so I signed for it. However, when I opened the package and inspected the RTT, I found a large hole in the metal sheet of the base. I took pictures and contacted the company's customer service. The person I spoke with was helpful and willing to find a solution, but unfortunately, the shipping insurance only covered a portion of the damage, and I was left to figure out how to fix the rest. It's frustrating to have paid for shipping insurance and received a damaged product.”
