“The slimline is a good product and I‚Äôm happy with it thus far. There were a few issues, but that‚Äôs typical. What was really impressive was the stellar customer service that I received. Through my recent transactions with their team, they were not only courteous and knowledgeable, but actually proactive. Kind of blew my mind. They reached out to make sure things were to our satisfaction. And it wasn‚Äôt a tasker given out to anyone...their staff that know what they are doing are the ones that reached out.
