“I'm on my second pair of insoles because these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They are the only shoes I ever want to wear (although sometimes work, exercise, or weather force me to wear something else).
Why only four stars: After about six months of regular use, the back of the insole (near the heel) started to peel away from the padding underneath, which irritated my heel, which is why I ordered the replacements. I don't know if it was normal wear/tear or something else, but it seemed odd that such an expensive shoe would need new insoles in such a short period of time. We'll see if it happens again.”
