I bought a pair of mea ola dark java. Paid the $150.00 bill which was out of character for me. I brought them back with me to Buffalo NY and had a unfortunate incident that tore the left flip flop at the Olukia logo. I was really beside myself. I went onto the webite and discovered the warranty statement. I followed the representatives requests and to my surprise Olukia accepted my warranty and sent me a brand new pair. Wow, i was super impressed. Great customer service and i love my flip flops ! Im an Olukai...ian forever! LOL”
