“First of all, Olukai customer service is top tier. They embody the aloha spirit and put the costumer first. I got the Hiapos and I wasn’t disappointed with the quality. They gave me a little blister at first, but broke them in after a couple weeks. Now I don’t want to wear anything else. Definitely worth the money and break-in period.”

One thing that bit me is the fact that the leather sandals are a true size smaller than the rubber slippers. I purchased from a vendor who did not accept returns (MISTAKE).
Very happily I called customer service, talked to a lovely agent named Alma. She set me up big time! Sent the same day a new pair in a size larger, apologized for the sizing issue, and when I asked where to return the originals; she said to give them to a friend!
