“These are great! I wear them outside in the country and around the house. I have lower arches, so the firm arch support in these keeps my feet from hurting. I withheld a five-star rating because I would prefer a half size option. I ordered a size up since the next size down would have been too small. The flip flops fit at first, but now that they have worn in and loosened, they are a bit large. Between that and the extra weight of these (another slight downside), I find my toes having to grip a little to hold them on. Still, they are easily the best flip flops I have ever had. Customer service is wonderful, too. They honored their warranty promise for a broken strap issue that I had and sent a replacement immediately in a beautifully packaged box. I was very impressed with such prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended product and company!”
