“My second pair even though I can't wear out my first pair - been wearing them daily for the last three years plus since have been lucky enough to be in perpetual summer locations - bought the second pair because I got worried about just having only one pair of the only shoes I wear!”
“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and only received one pair. Unable to reach by phone, because they have suspended phone service. Can only communicate through email. Have sent multiple messages with no response or resolution. Very disappointed. Have bought their shoes in the past and love the product. But their customer service is atrocious”
