“I ordered these on 6/17, they shipped me the completely wrong shoe. They asked me to ship back the wrong shoe and to reorder the same shoe again, without a credit?!? After arguing with CS for over a week, they asked me to donate the wrong shoe and they would ship me the correct shoe. Never received it. Contacted them again, said they would ship shortly, again nothing. It has been one MONTH today, and I still don’t have the shoes, but I paid for them. Recently they tell me I will have them by then end of today, but will see. The entire process has been terrible!”
