“I appreciate my new replacement Ohana's so much because your company was so generous to offer them to me. However, the black ones are decidedly smaller, tighter and do not fit as well as the blue ones. The blue ones seem to fit better, while the black ones seem to have a shorter strap making it harder to get my foot into the flip flop and the toe piece pulls against the inside of my toes.
It is as if I need a wider sole and strap for the black ones. I can't get my whole foot into the flip flop without pushing really hard and then it hurts between my toes. The black sole is the perfect size, but if the strap were a bit longer I think they would fit. I do have a high arch, which could be the problem.
I have avoided wearing the black ones because of this issue. I am happy to return them for a wider size if that is possible.”
