“I love the looks they feel nice once I figured out that I normally wear size 7 and they were snug and I had to exchange them for a size 8, which is fine. I’m glad they work. I have bought three pair now and love them all.”
“Don't want to make this review too long, so to be brief I really like the shoes which I I got in the end. I did need to go down a size from my usual as they were pretty long. Width was generous, but this was excatly what I was looking for.
Customer service was also not so good at the start unfortunately. I needed to return a pair but there were issues with the exchange portal. I did not receive a reply to my emails and had no response from the website chat feature. I also noticed on review sites that other customers in the UK had difficulties getting responses from Olukai. Eventually I wrote a review on the website stating the issues and shortly after that their customer service team contacted me and from there on in the experience was much better. It's just a bit of a shame that it took a while and a bad review. I can only guess that something's up with how they contact customers in the UK, so I will bear this in mind if I consider buying from them in the future.”
