“I was looking for some good looking high quality sandals for the beach/vacation in Hawaii. I came across Olu Kais which were highly rated. They look nice and seem like they are made of good materials, however after just one day of wear the straps cut into the tops of my feet. I went to the OluKai store in Ka’anapali and the employee said it was unusual for that to happen, but unfortunately because they had been worn he could not exchange them. Too bad, I really wanted to like them.”
