“It took 10 days and some emails and some calls to have them figure out that my I’m stock order did not get to the USPS. They finally said that they would ship another order. This went well. There should be a system in place that lets them know that a stock order has not shipped within a couple of days. It would save the customers and them a lot of time. I love the sandals and the 2nd order went great and delivered as promised.”
