Aloha Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to review the OluKai Men's 'Ohana Sandals. We are sorry to hear that you had some issues with your order.
We would love to resolve this for you and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to email us at info@olukai.com and we would be happy to discuss some options with you.
“When you find something you like, why change. Have been wearing your sandals for decades. The 'Ohana Pacifica/Dark Shadow are well made and look good. The only time I stop wearing Olu Kais outdoors is between mid-December and early March. And they make great gifts.”
