“I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. The first pair I received was scuffed and without a tag, was questioning if they were a previous return. I called customer service, originally u happy that it was days away from Christmas and left with a returned pair of shoes. They had phenomenal customer service. She sent me a new pair that arrived in TWO days (unheard of during the pandemic) and I was able to wrap them and place under the tree. My husband really like them, versatile and comfortable.
