“I have worn your 9.5 size shoes for over 20 years and have loved them. However, the recent 9.5 size I ordered were too shallow in the right-hand toe box. They fit fine all around, but were extremely uncomfortable on the tops of my right toes. The same for both the black and toffee pairs. I returned them and re-ordered size 10s but, as suspected, while the toe box was fine, they were too large and slipped off my feet when I walked. I returned both of those pairs also. For some reason the right side toe box on the 9.5s was more shallow then I have ever encountered in your product. Usually, I just put them on and wear them. Very disappointing. Hopefully I will find them carried in a shoe store where I can try them on first.”
