I purchased my first pair four years ago and have abused this pair and still wear them to do yard work and gardening. I wear a size eight.
I ordered a new second pair size 8, just like the first pair but the “Moloa” wore big on my foot. I wore the shoes several times but just couldn’t get comfortable.
I called customer service a year after my purchase and could not believe when the Representitive said she 2as sending me a size 7 and to try this pair at no charge.
At no charge. I asked if I should return the eights, and she encouraged me to find someone that could use the “Moloa” size eight.
Unbelievable. What a company. I have a total of five pair of “OluKai” shoes and sandles and will be a customer for life.
